During the camp players will be receiving instruction from the Morrison High School Coaching staff on the fundamentals of the game of baseball including: fielding, hitting, and games.

When: May 29th and 30th
Where: At the Morrison Sports Complex
Cost: $30.00

Session 2 will be an additional $5.00

Session 1: Ages 8-12 (9:00-11:30)
Session 2 (Pitching only after Wednesday): Ages 8-12 (11:30-12:00)

Text Message Updates Please Read

Unfortunately I think there has been some confusion regarding the text message updates from the Little League Website. If you think you have signed up for the text alerts but have never received any messages you probably didn’t confirm your phone # with the website. The good news I know who you are because the admin panel of the website shows that you have not confirmed your phone # yet. So if your name is listed below you are on the “unconfirmed list” and you need to do the following in order to confirm your phone number.

On the homepage of the website on the right hand side under the form to sign up for text messages you should see a link called “Resend Code” (it is right under the I Agree button). You need to click to resend code and then you should be able to enter your phone number again and have the code resent to your phone. Once you receive the code you need to enter that code on the website in order to confirm your cell phone number with the system. All Little League games and opening day ceremonies scheduled for today (5/1) have been cancelled due to weather. Make up dates will be announced at a later date.

The Morrison Little League would like to invite everyone to our Opening Day Ceremonies this Sunday (April 29th). We will have the first games of the season starting at 3:00pm for the boys majors and girls minors and the introduction of all the players, coaches and our generous sponsors will be announced at the conclusion of the games around 5:00pm.

We will be serving pork chops, hotdogs and snacks with proceeds going to the Morrison Little League. We will also be having a 50/50 raffle. Please come out and support the Little League!

We have officially cancelled our first little league games of the season. I think we have had some pretty good luck so far this year but mother nature got the best of us today. All games have been cancelled for tonight and make up games will be announced on the website and by coaches at a later date. Thanks!
